Orders can be cancelled without penalty if:

  • Cancellation request is made within 24 hours of order confirmation
  • Production has not commenced
  • No custom specifications or special orders are involved

2.2 Cancellation After Production Commencement

If production has started, cancellation may be subject to:

  • Cancellation charges up to 25% of the order value
  • Costs for materials already procured
  • Labor and processing costs incurred

2.3 Custom and Special Orders

Custom extrusions, special specifications, and OEM orders cannot be cancelled once production begins due to their specialized nature.

3. Return Policy

3.1 Eligible Returns

Products may be returned if:

  • Manufacturing defects are present
  • Wrong products were delivered
  • Products were damaged during transportation
  • Products do not meet agreed specifications

3.2 Return Conditions

For returns to be accepted:

3.3 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or specially ordered products

  • Products ordered more than 30 days ago

4. Refund Policy

  • Customer bears shipping costs for non-defective returns

8.1 Warranty Period

Our products are covered by warranty as follows:

  • PVC Pipes: 10 years manufacturing warranty
  • CPVC Pipes: 10 years manufacturing warranty
  • HDPE Pipes: 15 years manufacturing warranty
  • MDPE Pipes: 15 years manufacturing warranty
  • Fittings: 5 years manufacturing warranty

8.2 Warranty Claims

Warranty claims must include:

  • Original purchase invoice
  • Product batch/lot numbers
  • Description of the defect or issue
  • Installation details and conditions

9. Dispute Resolution
